Marketed by Japanese car manufacturer Nissan as the “four-door sports car,” Nissan Maxima is a full-size car. Introduced in 1976 as an upscale version of the Bluebird, Maxima cars rolled out as its own line in 1980. Last year, the design of the car was completely overhauled, and the company called it the “return of the four-door sports car.” The length was trimmed by nearly four inches, while wheelbase by around half that much. Available in 3.5 S and 3.5 SV models, this mid-size entry level car features a 290 horsepower 3.5 litre V6 engine. The car for its interior styling borrows from its luxury brand Infiniti. S is the base model that comes with alloy wheels, automatic headlights, cruise control, a sunroof, keyless ignition/entry, dual automatic climate control, tilt/telescope steering column, and more. Additionally, the car interior feature 60/40-split rear seat, cloth upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, a trip computer, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, Bluetooth and an in-dash six-CD changer with an auxiliary audio jack. SV models feature a sport package, and much tighter suspension settings. Additionally, a luxury-oriented Premium package is also available in this Nissan Maxima model.
